Surprisingly Nice Stay Near the Haram

The hotel has a pretty good location, its a walk, but the price makes it worth it. The room service was very fast, especially Mr Amr. He really helped keep things tidy and handled everything with a smile. Fahad at reception had a friendly welcome, which i appreciated.

Pakistani food is available on level S. It seems quite convenient if you have a craving for it. you can find every kind of restaurant just outside the hotel, a nice bonus.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable, this made for good rest after long days. I also noticed daily room service. The hotel did a fine job in this aspect.

The hotel is near to the Haram. You can reach it with just a short walk. I could hear the Adhan from the Kaaba right at the hotel, that really moved me.

Mr. Said from the 19th floor were really good. The staff were polite and quick to help. I requested water at midnight, and they got it to me in just five minutes.

the location was acceptable, providing walkable access to nearby areas.
the room was too small for four adults even though i booked it for that many people. there were only three adult beds and one small bed. also, i found the sweeping staff REALLY rude when i asked them to clean the room...

the room i booked supposedly had four beds, but after squeezing them in, there was barely any space left. it felt quite cramped. also, calling the front desk proved impossible since the room phone didn't work (a minor inconvenience, i suppose). i had to trek down to reception each time i needed something.

steady paceexcellent service
I found the location to be good. I walked to the Haram in about 10 minutes at a steady pace. The staff provided excellent service. Amr and his colleague cleaned the room very well.
The bathtub felt small. I barely had enough space to stand in it.
